I found 2 small squirrels in our carport, but I have no idea who to call, local SPCS is 100% useless, 1 is very small and the other is much bigger, looks like he/she is caring for the other, so far red peppers(sweet) and peas they like, giving them water, but I would hate to see something happen to them, please email me any info, would be great, thank you

Please do read that in full and act upon as much of it as you can, adapting it to your particular situation and locality. In particular, please do note that veterinary/sanctuary care is the best option you can find if at all possible, and that squirrels should only receive dilute milk formula appropriate for furry animals *NOT* cow’s milk formula of the sort given to human babies.
